Lisa and Jacob were such a fun couple to work with! They were married on a sunny August day at the private and serene
Kiana Lodge. With a majority of guests coming from out of town they wanted a true Pacific Northwest wedding and that is exactly what they had. Kiana Lodge is located in Poulsbo, on the Kitsap Pinninsula, just a ferry ride away from Seattle. It is set on the waterfront and consists of a cozy lodge and bright atrium on spralling immaculately kept grounds perfect for their outdoor ceremony. The lodges signature salmon, crackling outdoor fire pit and stone path lining the waterfront made their 400 guests feel right at home.

Here are a few of my favorite moments from the day captured by
Teddi Yaeger Photography...
Jacob is a USC alum and proud of it! Fittingly he wanted to honor his school from the colors of the flowers, attire, cake and last but not least the school fight song playing as the wedding party were introduced into the reception.

My favorite tux vendor Bob Buhrman, owner of Tuxedo Club in Kirkland, had a blast dressing Jacob and his guys in the Trojan's crimson and gold. Bob never ceases to surpass expectations. He went to great lengths to order custom jackets with pockets so engraved pocket watches that Jacob gave his groomsmen could be worn. They looked sharp!

Lisa's favorite color is purple so she got full reign with her bridesmaids gowns and local florist
Ted Avery did a beautiful job incorporating purple with Jacob's USC colors as did fab invitation company
Invite Designer.

Lisa and Jacob delighted guests with their choreographed first dance to Michael Buble's "Everything". After dinner guests moved to the lodge to watch a slideshow of the couple, taste test the dessert bar and dance to the sounds of
Michael Benson Band, a favorite of mine. The fire pit was glowing and guests stopped by the vintate photo booth provided by
PhotoBooth Services to snap black and white pics to take home and paste in the guestbook. The evening ended with glowsticks and Jacob and Lisa taking off in a cream bentley from
British Motor Coach.

Thank you Lisa and Jacob for letting me help you plan your Pacific Northwest wedding!
